Computers have become a part of life and work that cannot be ignored. The placement of computers affects the health of the cervical spine. More and more young and middle-aged people are suffering from neck discomfort and pain. The emergence of this problem can be simply understood as "occupational disease", that is, the occupational disease of desk workers. After sitting at a desk for a long time, because the cervical spine remains in a fixed posture, the muscles of the neck continue to contract. Over time, the muscles will become fatigued, and strain will occur, and symptoms such as discomfort and pain will appear.
Computers accompany us almost every day for several or ten hours. Correct placement of computers means self-care of the cervical spine:
First of all, the midline of the laptop and the midline of the operator's nose should be placed on the same straight line, the body should be straightened, the distortion should be reduced, and the muscle state on the left and right sides should be balanced;
Second, if a mouse is used, the mouse should be placed in the area where the operator feels the most relaxed muscles, and it should be as close to the central axis as possible to avoid being too far away from the body;
